Celebrate Your Progress

Welcome to your first Weekly Wins.

Reactive dog rehabilitation can sometimes feel like you’re focusing only on what’s still left to improve.

But, progress isn’t measured by perfection.

It’s measured by the small moments that didn’t happen last week.

Maybe your dog recovered more quickly after seeing another dog.
Maybe they followed your lure for the first time.
Maybe you noticed your own shoulders relax on a walk.
Maybe you simply got out for a training session when last week you wouldn’t have.

Every single one of those is a win.

One of the biggest mistakes owners make is waiting for a huge breakthrough before they allow themselves to feel proud.

The truth is, those huge breakthroughs are built from hundreds of tiny successes.

Today, I’d love you to share one win from your first week of the challenge.

It could be:

  • A small improvement you noticed.
  • Something your dog did differently.
  • A change you noticed in yourself.
  • A training session that went better than expected.
  • A lesson that gave you a new perspective.
  • Or simply the fact that you’ve shown up every day this week.

Don’t worry if your win feels “too small.”

Those are often the most important ones.

Take a moment to celebrate how far you’ve already come, then share your win in the WhatsApp group.

You’ll probably inspire someone else who’s having a more difficult week.

Remember…

Progress is built one small win at a time, and every one of them deserves celebrating.
